Laughing Tiger is not a conventional factory; it operates like a creative production partner that helps brands turn ideas into physical products, merchandise and limited-run objects. Laughing Tiger develops custom solutions specifically for the client with capabilities such as manufacturing consultation, quality control, apparel, product solutions, corporate gifts and brand-building. They have also done work with recognisable brands such as Adidas, Mastercard and William Grant & Sons. In 2023, for example, Laughing Tiger was the production partner for BBH Singapore's “Second Skin”, a custom-designed raincoat created as part of the agency's internal culture programme.
